Founded in 2013, the school has produced numerous Certified Nurse Aides & some have taken two and three steps forward in their careers. Our graduates work in various healthcare facilities and in private homes.

In our training program, students acquire knowledge and skills competency necessary to perform basic personal care needs such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and taking vital signs to patients/residents in all types of healthcare facilities, private duty & home care in the client's own home.

Program Goals

The program provides knowledge, training and focuses on competencies required of each student to successfully complete the program. Each student will be able to learn and perform learner objectives for each unit of the curriculum content. There are three parts to the program:

  • Classroom lectures on curriculum content.
  • Skills laboratory (lab): Video watching, practice with demonstration and return demonstration to gain confidence in the skills needed to be competent in giving care.
  • Clinical experience: Students take the knowledge and skills techniques learned in the classroom & the skills lab to a healthcare facility to give care on an actual patients / residents to gain confidence in their skills.

Evaluation Method

Each student is evaluated by written test, observation, and skills demonstration in the lab and clinical facility.

Students completing the total training program hours with a minimum passing grade per school policy and satisfactory grade in the clinical area receives a certificate with the school’s name and program code.
